Hey There, my name is Phil, born and raised in Delphos OH. I’ve been doing handyman projects around my own home for over 40 years. My skills were attained from my father Rudy, helping him for many years while growing up. My handyman skills were showcased when I completely remodeled my kitchen and 2 bathrooms, which were torn down to the studs and rebuilt. Furthermore I’ve built cabinets, remodeled my garage, installed doors and windows, installed all sorts of kitchen appliances, hot water heaters, reverse osmosis water filters, hung tv’s on the wall, built a wooden bar out of barn beams with a live edge, reroofed multiple houses, and many many more home improvement projects. As a graduate of Lima Technical College/Rhodes State College with a Mechanical Design Engineering degree, I have an uncanny ability to troubleshoot just about anything and get it working properly again.

During my fulltime job at Delphos Tent & Awning, Inc. I am the manager of the awning department and have designed, built, and installed awnings and canopies for over 25 years satisfying customers at homes and businesses alike. I regularly have communications with contractors, owners, customers, designers, and building officials along with reading architectural drawings all of which has helped me shape my communication and organizational skills.

After raising four wonderful children to pass along my handyman skills, my wife and I are now empty nesters and I am looking to service the needs of people with home repairs and other projects around their house and property. Home repair, maintenance, and service is my specialty.
